a. Information regarding your request is shared only on an anonymous basis with vendors, in order that vendors can provide you with relevant and meaningful responses.
b. Vendors NEVER have your name, contact information or company details, unless you choose to share it with specific vendors. You can do so by either sharing your contact information in the request, through the "Share Contact Info" button in the response or directly through email or phone.

No Spam

We have NO TOLERANCE for spam and endeavor to keep our email or SMS communication with you to a minimum and on an as-required basis. You can change your preferences on the method and frequency of our contact with you by accessing your account preferences on our website. In addition, we provide a link in every email for you to modify your email preferences.

No Unsolicited Phone Calls

We understand that nobody likes to be called at times when they are busy, with family or just enjoying downtime. We also understand that persistent, pushy sales calls can get annoying very quickly. That is the reason why we allow you to set up call preferences when you submit a request for proposals. You can set up the times you are available for calls and the number of vendors that can call you. Vendors can call you only through our click-to-call system and never know your phone number unless you choose to give it to them. If you do not want to receive calls from a vendor anymore, you have the option of blocking their calls by accessing the vendor's response.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to user information to IAJ employees who, we believe, reasonably need access to that information to do their jobs and enable us to provide our services to you.

If you place a service request through our website, we will only pass on personal and company information to vendors that you give us permission to transmit. We may transmit some additional information to vendors that allows them to better serve you, but the information transmitted will be presented in a way that your anonymity will continue to be protected.
