Mohith Thimmaiah
Founder
Prior to In A Jiffy.com, Mohith was a Senior Vice President at Citibank, Director in the global asset management division of UBS and a Vice President in the fixed income division of Lehman Brothers. At both UBS and Lehman Brothers, Mohith focused on developing and managing technology operations. Mohith holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a BE in computer engineering from University of Mysore.
Rohit Sood
Founder
Prior to In A Jiffy.com, Rohit spent eight years in investment banking, advising financial institutions as a Senior Vice President at FBR, a Vice President at Bear Stearns and an Associate Director at UBS. Before his career in investment banking, Rohit was a Vice President in risk management at JPMorgan Chase. Rohit holds an MBA from Columbia University, an MS in manufacturing engineering from UMass Amherst and a BE in mechanical engineering from Gujarat University.
Justin Bakes
Prior to In A Jiffy.com, Justin was CEO of Miami-based 1st Merchant Funding, a leading provider of working capital to small and medium-sized businesses in the US. Before 1st Merchant, Justin served as Director of M&A of Watsco, Inc. (NYSE:WSO), a $3 billion annual revenue acquirer and operator of distribution businesses. Prior to Watsco, Justin was an investment banker with UBS in both New York and Europe where he advised a wide range of companies and private equity firms, on M&A and capital raisings. Justin holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
Gary Hirsch
Gary Hirsch is counsel to In A Jiffy.com and attorney at Go-To Counsel. Most recently, Gary was SVP & General Counsel of IntraLinks, where he saw it from being a venture-backed start-up to a successful IPO. Gary has also been General Counsel of Currenex (now owned by State Street) and an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Gary holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
